A little about me...

Born in Cuba and raised in Puerto Rico, I'm 100% "Caribeño".  Graduated High School in 1978 and eventually went on to graduate from Miami Dade College (known then as Miami Dade Community College) obtaining degrees in Financial Services and in Business Administration.

Later obtained a BS in Finance and International Business as well as other Financial industry related certificates from Florida International University. 

I have been a resident of Miami-Dade County since 1980 and live in Miami Beach.

I am completely fluent in English and Spanish and can speak some German.

Worked in the banking industry for almost 16 years, 11 of which were spent with an International bank which was headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, where I learned to speak the language.

Later worked as a consultant for about 1½ years and after 9-11, went on to manage security checkpoints at Miami International Airport (MIA).  The experience led to an opportunity to become one of about 1,500 trainers who traveled around the country and trained the 50,000 or so screaners first implemented by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) when they took over the responsibility for airport security nationwide.

I am divorced and the proud father of three children.  My boys, Wenceslao, now living on his own, Jose Rene, who now attends Miami Dade College and lives with me, and my princess, Alexsandra, now in fifth grade, who lives with mom.

I am a hard worker who puts the needs of others ahead of my own.  Most of my friends respect me for my integrity and candid honesty when they seek my advise. 

I have been involved in the real estate field for several years now and I'm looking forward to meeting all your industry related needs.
